I'm pleased to be working with fellow LMT actor/writer Tom Young on his latest project, THE DANCER.  I'll be playing Millie, the diner waitress that knows everyone and everything about them.  Filming on the full length feature is scheduled to begin in Sept.  Stay tuned for this very twisted, riveting tale of love lost and..."found"?

I'm so happy to have recorded my first Feature Film voice-over character!  In this adorable new independent film I am the voice of the VERY cute....but VERY evil spider monkey, Michelle!  THE ADVENTURES OF BAILEY is a heart-warming, family friendly story about the cutest, cuddliest Golden Labrador Retriever puppy, (Bailey) and his adventures as he waits for his human family to find him after finding himself seperated.  Shot in the style of HOMEWARD BOUND, with live animals this will be a great film for animal lovers of all ages!  Stay tuned for more info on this one!

I'm pleased to announce that I have been cast in the feature film THE OTHER SIDE OF PARADISE!  This is the highly entertaining story about a girl named Rose (Arianne Martin) who embarks on a journey of self-discovery on the way to her first solo gallery opening.  Along the way, she picks up Alex (John Elliott), the newly single friend she's always had feelings for, and her younger misfit brother, Jamie (Frank Mosley), who was recently released from prison.  On the road trip, the trio encounter off-the-wall characters and hilarious cameos that chew up the Texas countryside.  In the end the three must come to grips with their own issues of trust, abandonment, love and ultimately hope.  I will be playing the role of Heather the (ahem!) adventurous wife of George (played by Jeff Fenter). 

I am so very proud to announce I have wrapped Principal photography on TREE OF LIFE, written and directed by two-time Oscar award winning Terrence Malick. The film stars Brad Pitt and Sean Penn.  I have a challenging supporting role as the abused, alcoholic wife and mother, Mrs. Walsh. Jodie Moore does a wonderful job as my abusive husband.   Because this is film is still in production no other details are being released at this time, but it is scheduled to be released in 2009. 

I recently completed filming on a wonderfully funny short film, THROCKMORTON & WELLINGTON.  Directed by M. Legend Brown, who led an unbelievably talented cast and crew, this is the charming, rib-tickling story of two detectives, one at the end of his career and his partner.  I play the role of Rachel Throckmorton, one of 3 daughters of retiring detective Cecil Throckmorton (played by Grant James) and Rose Throckmorton (Juli Erickson).  A very witty script and talented cast/crew are sure to produce a terrifically entertaining film.  More details to come!

In October I will be shooting a short film written, directed and produced by Joe Kickasola.  PRESCRIPTION is based on a short story, RAIN CLOUD WALKING and is the story of a man whose secret pain has driven him to kill, but as a result of experiences and a dear friend learns that forgiveness is truly the best medicine.  I am very excited about this project and can't wait to share the finished product with everyone! 

I'm pleased to announce that I have been cast in PLEASE SEE ATTENDANT,  a short film written by Elizabeth Pruitt and directed by Charles Baker.  I'm very excited to be working again with good friend, Jeff Fenter, in this hilarious film.  Filming will begin sometime in October..

The film is about a guy who just wants to fill up his tank and hit the road, but instead has to deal with gas pumps that don't work, messed up credit card machines, a lady (me!) that's telling him the obvious, and a gas attendant that doesn't speak the best of English.

Short Term Holders

I've recently finished filming this full length feature in which I play the role of Jennifer, the quirky, funny and loyal secretary of Bobby (played by Geoff Betts).  Director/Writer/Producer Avanti Sethi has done a fabulous job and the project is in the final stages of filming. SHORT TERM HOLDERS will screen sometime this fall.  Be sure to check it out!
